For the sake of Japanese society and the Japanese church, we aim to raise up the next generation of Bible-teaching servant-leaders (workers for the harvest field), teaching the gospel of Jesus in the city of Tokyo and producing Christian communities.

Through the Samurai project, we aim for the gospel of Jesus Christ and the Kingdom of God to be taught and shared increasingly throughout the city of Tokyo, and from there to all Japan.

Samurai Project: Biblical basis

Matthew`s Gospel 9:37-38 – Then he (Jesus) said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.”

2 Timothy 2:2 – And what you (Timothy) have heard from me (Paul) in the presence of many witnesses entrust to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.
